Privacy & contact consent

We collect what you type into our quote form so a licensed Minnesota agent can follow up with you about life insurance. We don't sell your information to lead buyers or third-party marketers, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

The answers you give in the quote flow (your goal, age range, monthly budget, and work situation), your contact details (first and last name, mobile phone, optional email, and ZIP code), and the timestamp of your consent.

We also record basic technical context sent by your browser: your user agent, the page URL you submitted from, and any campaign parameters in that URL (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content). If a marketing pixel is enabled on the site, it may set cookies subject to that provider's own policy.

When you check the consent box and submit the quote form, this is what you agree to:

Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out. Coverage is subject to underwriting and approval.

We share your information with our licensed agents, and with insurance carriers and their underwriters only as needed to quote or apply for coverage you asked about. We also use ordinary service providers (hosting, database, and email delivery) that process the data on our behalf. We do not sell your information.

Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of texts, or use the unsubscribe link in an email. To request a copy of your information or ask us to delete it, email david@northstarlifelegacy.com. We handle these requests by email — we don't publish a phone line.
