This site is operated by North Star Life & Legacy LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company. Insurance services offered through this site are provided by Imran A. Manjlai, a licensed resident insurance producer in the State of Minnesota, National Producer Number 22282985, Minnesota producer license number 41052103.

We are an insurance producer. We are not an insurance company, a bank, a broker-dealer, or a registered investment adviser.

Nothing on this site binds coverage. Submitting the quote form, booking a call, or speaking with an agent does not create an insurance policy and does not put any coverage in force.

Coverage exists only after a carrier approves a completed application, issues a policy, and the first premium is paid in accordance with that policy's terms. Until then you have no coverage through us.

Any figure, range, estimate, coverage amount, or rate class shown by our calculator or quote flow is an illustration for planning purposes only. It is generated from the limited information you enter, it is not a quote, it is not an offer of insurance, and it is not a promise that a carrier will offer you those terms.

Actual premiums and approval are set by the insurance carrier through its own underwriting, based on the full application, verification of the information you provide, and any medical, prescription, motor vehicle, or financial review the carrier requires. Your final cost may differ from any estimate shown here, and an application may be declined.

The content on this site is general educational information about insurance products. It is not financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice, and it is not a recommendation that any particular product is suitable for your situation.

Any policy you apply for is issued by a third-party insurance company, not by North Star Life & Legacy. In any conflict between this site and the policy contract, the policy contract controls.

Product availability varies by carrier, by product, and by state, and is subject to change.

We can discuss and place coverage only in states where the producer is properly licensed and appointed at the time of application. If you contact us from a state where we are not licensed, we may not be able to help you.

This site is intended for residents of the United States.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the quote form or book a call. Please do not submit anyone else's personal information to us unless you are authorized to do so.

You agree that the information you submit is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. Estimates, recommendations, and carrier decisions depend on it, and inaccurate information on an insurance application can affect a carrier's underwriting decision or a future claim.

Never send us a Social Security number, a driver's license number, bank routing or account numbers, or payment card numbers through this site, by email, or by text. We do not request that information here. If an application requires it, your agent will collect it directly from you through the carrier's own secure application system.

If you choose to give us your phone number or email and check the matching consent box on our quote form or scheduling page, you agree to be contacted about life insurance in the ways you selected. Each consent is optional and is never a condition of booking a call or purchasing anything. Text messaging is governed by the SMS Terms of Service below, and how we handle your information is described on our privacy page.

You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our quote form or scheduling page. Opting in is optional and is not a condition of purchase or of booking a call.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your requests and appointments.

Opting out. Reply STOP to stop. You can also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. After you opt out, you will receive one message confirming your request and no further texts unless you opt in again.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. We do not share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. See our privacy policy.

Some parts of this site rely on third-party services — for example, appointment booking is provided through Google Calendar, and we use analytics and advertising measurement tools. When you use those features, that provider's own terms and privacy policy also apply to the information it collects.

Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices.

Please use the site for its intended purpose. Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems, submit false or fraudulent information, scrape or harvest data, submit automated form entries, or use the site in a way that interferes with it or violates any law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to this site or these terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota, and you and we each consent to those courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page tells you when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
